Will it look like my pet?
We use your photo as the reference for AI-assisted artwork, then review it against the photo. You receive a proof after ordering and approve it before printing. Tell us if an expression or marking needs adjusting.
Can I use a photo of my cat?
Absolutely. This design is for one dog or cat. Choose a clear, well-lit photo where their face and ears are easy to see.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use the original photo rather than a screenshot. Keep the face in focus, use natural light, and avoid filters or anything covering the eyes and ears.
Is the design embroidered?
The portrait and name are printed on the front of natural cotton canvas. The tote is not embroidered.
When will my tote arrive?
We aim to email your first proof within 3 business days of payment and a usable photo. After your approval, allow an estimated 2–7 business days for production and 2–5 business days in transit. Revisions and approval time are additional. See our Shipping Policy for details and delay options.
What if I need to cancel or something arrives wrong?
You can cancel for a full refund before submission to production. Once production starts, personalized totes cannot be returned for change of mind. If your tote is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from your approved artwork, contact us for help. See our Refund Policy for details.
