What you are ordering
The Pet Portrait Tote is a physical, personalized natural cotton canvas tote, approximately 15 × 16 inches, with a printed portrait of one dog or cat and an optional name on the front. The back is plain. The design is printed, not embroidered. Example photos and mockups illustrate the design style; your portrait is created from your supplied photo using AI-assisted artwork with human review.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The tote is $39.95 USD and current standard shipping is $4.95 USD per order to eligible contiguous US addresses. Applicable taxes and any discounts are shown at checkout. Future price changes do not alter an accepted order. We do not sell a subscription with this tote.
Payment is processed through the payment options displayed at checkout. We do not request card numbers by email. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled order.
Your photo and the artwork proof
Submit a usable photo that you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload private information, identifiable people or content you have no right to share. You retain your rights in the original photo and give us permission to process it and create, proof, print and fulfill your order through our service providers. This permission does not authorize us to use your photo or personalized artwork in advertising without separate permission.
We email a proof for your review. Check the expression, markings and name, and reply with explicit approval or requested corrections. We will not treat a failure to reply as approval. Production starts only after approval and our submission to the print provider. Physical colors and the natural canvas texture can differ slightly from a screen preview.
Shipping, changes and remedies
Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, estimates, tracking and delays. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, personalized returns and remedies for problems. You may cancel for a full refund before submission to production. A proof approval does not waive your rights regarding damage, defects, incorrect products or material differences from the approved design.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains photo uploads, order information and service providers. For questions or complaints, email us with your order number. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Applicable rights and updates
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights or remedies under applicable consumer law, including rights that apply because of where you live. You may contact the relevant consumer protection authority, including PROFECO where applicable. Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms and promises in effect when you placed an order continue to apply to that order.
